Nick started his career as a panel beater and has worked extensively on light and heavy motor. After managing many assessing & claims teams for large insurance companies (including complex claims over $10m) and working on major CAT events across the globe, Nick co-founded Hello Claims in 2014. Nick is a Senior Associate of ANZIIF, a Fellow of AICLA, a member of the Institute of Automotive Mechanical Engineers and holds numerous business qualifications.

Matt, the other co-founder of Hello Claims, is an insurance professional and loss adjuster for 27 years, with wide ranging experience in machinery and liability claims, both within Australia and overseas. As an ANZIIF Fellow and with a Bachelor’s in Management, Matt leads our technology division to architect industry leading solutions that drive an awesome customer experience, not previously seen in the insurance industry.

Daniel has successfully held positions in all levels of the motor insurance industry over the course of the past two decades. After delivering desired outcomes for one of the largest insurers in Australia for ten years, Daniel joined the Hello Claims team in 2021 where he now specialises in repair network management and assessing performance. Daniel is passionate about development, efficiency in process and utilising data to understand what is happening within the assess & repair function to offer best outcomes for all stakeholders.
Peter started in the motor industry over 30 years ago, working his way up from a detailer and tow truck driver to become a qualified panel beater and spray painter and a business manager. Peter’s extensive experience include working on and around a variety of vehicles from light cars through to heavy vehicles with business that also have mechanical and PRD facilities. This has equipped Peter with a profound knowledge of the repair industry allowing him to manage and oversee a national assessing team of assessors.

Danielle has been with Hello Claims from the commencement of her career within the insurance industry. Danielle learnt the foundations of the motor insurance sector as a claims handler and expanded on this knowledge by managing of one of the company’s key accounts. Danielle was then promoted as the national operations manager in Australia where she now draws from her 6 plus years’ experience in the industry to drive her team of 13 to reach all their goals and desired outcomes within Hello Claims.

With over 8 years’ background in the insurance industry, Sharnie draws upon her knowledge from the time she spent specialising in claims management as well as her role in customer experience. Sharnie has an ANZIIF Certificate of General Insurance and is a member of the Collision Repair Association which has allowed her to continually expand her knowledge through the connection of others in the group. Sharnie utilises her experience and qualifications to deliver a quality assess and repair product to the New Zealand market.
